This giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Dirt Monkey Shop LLC ("Sponsor"), a company registered in the state of Minnesota. By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.
The Giveaway begins on July 21, 2025 at 12:00 PM CST and ends on October 21, 2025 at 11:59 PM CST (the "Giveaway Period"). Entries received outside of this timeframe will not be eligible.
This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States, excluding residents of Rhode Island, Florida, New York, all U.S. territories and possessions (including Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and the Northern Mariana Islands), and U.S. military installations or addresses outside of the United States, including APO and FPO addresses. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, or household members) are not eligible to enter. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Participants will receive one (1) entry for every $1 USD spent on eligible products at https://dirtmonkeyshop.com during the Giveaway Period. Entry multipliers may be applied to specific products or entire orders at the Sponsor’s discretion.
Entry multipliers (e.g., 2X, 5X, 10X, up to 100X) increase the number of entries earned per dollar spent.
Multipliers are subject to change and may vary by product and by day.
Current entry multipliers are displayed on applicable product pages.
Only the subtotal (excluding shipping, taxes, discounts, or gift card redemptions) will be used to calculate the number of entries awarded.
Example: If a participant purchases a $20 product with a 10X multiplier, they will receive 200 entries.
Following a purchase, participants may earn additional bonus entries by completing one or more of the following optional actions:
Referring friends to the giveaway using a unique referral link
Following Dirt Monkey Shop on social media platforms
Sharing the giveaway on social media
Submitting feedback about their shopping or website experience
Instructions for completing these actions will be provided on the post-purchase confirmation page or via email. Bonus entries will be automatically applied to the participant’s total entry count.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Each valid mail-in entry will receive entries based on the multiplier active on the postmark date, multiplied by a base of fifty (50) entries. If no multiplier is stated on the card, the postcard will receive the default of fifty (50) base entries. See Section 4 for complete AMOE instructions and mailing address.
The maximum number of entries allowed per person, regardless of method of entry, is fifty thousand (50,000). Any entries submitted in excess of this limit will be void.
To enter the Sweepstakes without making a purchase, participants may submit entries by mail. Each valid mail-in entry will receive entries based on the multiplier active on the date of entry, as outlined below. Multipliers and promotional bonuses apply equally to AMOE entries.
To enter by mail, legibly handwrite the following information in blue or black ink on a standard 4" x 6" postcard:

All postcards must be postmarked between July 21, 2025 and October 21, 2025, and received by October 27, 2025
The number of entries awarded per postcard will equal 50 times the stated multiplier for that postmark date (e.g., 50 × 20X = 1,000 entries), or 50 base entries if no multiplier is listed

Additional Mail-In Entry Terms:
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to verify that claimed multipliers correspond to publicly posted promotional activity on the stated postmark date. False or inconsistent multiplier claims may result in disqualification of that postcard.
Proof of submitting an entry is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by Sponsor. The use of automated entry devices is prohibited, and no mechanically reproduced entries are allowed; all such entries are void.
Released Parties are not responsible for:
Lost, late, incomplete, illegible, incorrect, damaged, delayed, garbled, undelivered, misdirected, or postage-due registrations, entries, or mail
Any entries that fail to comply with these rules
All entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Mail-in entries that do not comply with the above requirements will be deemed void.
One (1) Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected at the end of the Giveaway Period. The Grand Prize winner (“Prize Winner”) will receive a 2018 Dodge 2500 Tradesman with Hemi 6.4L engine (with an Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of $25,000). The vehicle is used and has been driven approximately 125,000 miles. In addition to the aforementioned vehicle, the Prize Winner will receive a Dura-Haul trailer with two (2) roll-off boxes and one (1) roll-off flatbed as detailed below:

Specific features and options for the vehicle will be determined solely by the Sponsor at its discretion and are subject to availability. The Prize Winner will be solely responsible for: any additional equipment, title, vehicle registration fee, dealer documentation fee, license delivery, dealer prep, freight, emissions inspection, federal, state and local taxes, insurance, gasoline, vehicle maintenance and all other fees and expenses associated with receipt and use of the prize vehicle. Any additional vehicle options will be the responsibility of the Prize Winner. Vehicle may not meet safety or emissions testing required in some states, provinces, territories and/or counties/municipalities. Prize Winner is responsible to check their state/province for applicable emissions requirements and must use vehicle in accordance with those regulations. Prize Winner must provide proof of valid insurance and a valid driver’s license to take delivery and must take delivery at the location designated by Sponsor within thirty (30) days.
The winner will be selected using a random drawing method from all eligible entries. The drawing will take place on or after October 27, 2025, once all eligible mail-in entries have been received and processed, and the winner will be notified via email within 48 hours.
The winner will be contacted via the email address and phone number provided at entry. All communications will come from an official Dirt Monkey Shop representative using a phone number with a 651 or 612 area code or from an official Dirt Monkey Shop email address (e.g., ending in @dirtmonkeyshop.com). Upon initial notification and verification of the potential Prize Winner, confirmation will be sent to the Prize Winner via email, or other home delivery service of Sponsor’s choice.
The selected winner must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. If a winner fails to respond, another winner will be randomly selected.
Before the prize is awarded, the selected winner will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release and a completed IRS Form W-9. Failure to provide these documents within seven (7) days after being notified as the sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner may result in prize forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner. Prize Winner must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
The Sponsor has not made any warranty, representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to any prize awarded and specifically disclaim all such warranties, including, without limitation, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The prizes are awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND either expressed or implied. A prize may not be sold, traded, or commissioned, and is not exchangeable or transferable, except in Sponsor's sole discretion. Prize details and availability are subject to change. There are no substitutions unless specified by the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute any prize (or prize component) with another prize (or prize component) of equal or greater value. Prize may be fulfilled by a third party. The Sponsor and Released Parties are not in any way responsible or liable for damages resulting from shipping and handling, loss, use or misuse of any prize awarded in this Sweepstakes.
DISCLAIMER & ASSUMPTION OF RISK: The Grand Prize vehicle and trailer are awarded "AS IS," with no warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied, including but not limited to the condition of any mechanical or structural components, safety features, tires, brakes, or electrical systems. The Prize Winner acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for inspecting, registering, insuring, and maintaining the vehicle and trailer in accordance with local laws and safety requirements. By accepting the prize, the Prize Winner agrees to assume all risks of ownership and use, and releases Sponsor and its affiliates, employees, representatives, and vendors from any and all liability for any damages, injuries, losses, or death resulting from use or misuse of the prize. The Prize Winner further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor and all Released Parties from any claims, demands, causes of action, or liability arising out of or in connection with the ownership, use, or operation of the prize vehicle or trailer.
Prize Winner will be solely responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the prize they receive. The stated “ARV” of the prize is based on available information provided to Sponsor, and any difference in ARV at the time of awarding will not be awarded, and the value of any prize awarded to a winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. The Grand Prize Winner will be required to provide Sponsor with a valid social security number (as the ARV of the prize is equal or greater than $600) before a prize will be awarded for tax reporting purposes. An IRS Form 1099 will be issued in the name of the Grand Prize winner for the total ARV of the prize, as stated above, in the calendar year the prize was won. All properly claimed prizes will be awarded.
Prize Winner’s acceptance of a prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited) for the Sponsor to use the winner’s name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice and address (city and state) for any and all public relations, advertising and/or promotional purposes as determined by Sponsor, in all forms of media and by all manners (now and hereafter known), in perpetuity, without notice, consent, review or approval or further compensation. The prize winner understands and agrees that the Prize ceremony may be videotaped/photographed. Rights to any Prize ceremony video/photo belong solely to the Sponsor and can be used in any media at their sole discretion.
By entering this giveaway, participants agree to receive email and SMS text message communications from Dirt Monkey Shop LLC, including but not limited to newsletters, promotional offers, product updates, and other marketing content. Participants can unsubscribe from these communications at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any email or by contacting the Sponsor directly.
Fraudulent entries, including automated submissions, will be disqualified.
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway at any time if necessary due to fraud, technical failures, or other unforeseen circumstances.
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Dirt Monkey Shop and all affiliates, employees, advertising partners, and social media platforms from any liability arising from participation in this giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), Google, Apple, or any other social media platform. These companies will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with this Sweepstakes.
Personal information collected during this giveaway will be used only for the administration of the contest and future promotions, and will not be shared, sold, or used for any other purposes without consent.
By entering the Sweepstakes, Participant consents for the Sponsor to obtain, use, and transfer your name, address and other information provided for the purpose of administering this Sweepstakes; the information provided in connection with the entry process will be used by Sponsor and Administrator only, in accordance and will not be sold or provided to another company. Participant entry information will be treated according to Sponsor’s privacy policy (https://dirtmonkeyshop.com/privacy-policy/). By participating in the Promotion and providing any contact information, Participants hereby agree to Sponsor’s collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hennepin County, Minnesota.

If any product from an order is returned or refunded, the associated entries will be removed in full, even if only part of the order was refunded. This applies to purchases from both Dirt Monkey Shop and third-party vendors. Refunds initiated after the giveaway has closed may still disqualify entries retroactively if deemed appropriate by the Sponsor.
Each vendor on the Dirt Monkey Shop has its own return policy. Some products, including but not limited to T-shirts, hoodies, hats, and any other printed merchandise, are final sale and not eligible for return.
Returned items do not qualify for entry credit. Any attempt to obtain entries through returned or cancelled purchases may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes.
All decisions regarding entry adjustments in the event of refunds or cancellations are at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period, including both purchase-based and mail-in entries.
