We offer free standard shipping at every price, for every item, on every day of the year for continental orders. Otherwise, your order will be shipped the following business day. We use flat-rate shipping on all orders - regardless of the number of items, the shipping cost will remain the same. Orders will be processed and shipped once credit card has been authorized and charged. The legal title to purchased goods transfers to the buyer at the point of shipment. For international orders, the buyer is responsible for payment of applicable duties, taxes and other fees by law. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for items that are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. To initiate a return, please log into your Dirt Monkey Shop account and visit the Returns and Refunds section. After receiving your return or refund request, our team will contact you for next steps. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
