The LockNLube® Grease Coupler XL takes the same leak-proof, hands-free technology of the original LockNLube® Grease Coupler and expands it with nearly 4 inches of reach—2 inches more than the standard version. This added reach makes it perfect for deeply recessed fittings, especially those found on U-Joints, Harvester Heads, shielded PTO shafts, or other difficult-to-reach grease fittings. Whether you’re working on heavy machinery or everyday equipment, you can count on the LockNLube® Grease Coupler XL to make greasing more efficient and hassle-free.

Just like the original model, the LockNLube® Grease Coupler XL features a unique sliding sleeve, activated by a thumb lever, that locks four spring-steel jaws onto the Zerk fitting. Once locked, the connection is leak-proof and rigid, ensuring that grease goes where it’s supposed to—into your machine, not on it. The positive lock prevents the coupler from coming loose or breaking the seal, even under high pressure. If a fitting becomes pressurized, especially in recessed areas, simply depress the thumb lever to release the coupler with ease.

This fully rebuildable coupler ensures long-lasting performance. If it starts to leak, you can easily replace the seal and jaws, and it will be as good as new. Each LockNLube® Grease Coupler XL comes with a free rebuild kit, and additional kits are available for purchase. The rebuild kits for both the LockNLube® Grease Coupler and LockNLube® Grease Coupler XL are identical, making maintenance simple and cost-effective.
