Warranty Program

Millner-Haufen Tool Co. products come with a lifetime replacement guarantee.  To obtain a replacement, please mail the item to the following address using USPS.  Do not send the item via FedEx or UPS.

Please also include a note detailing your replacement request, along with your name, address, phone number, and email.  We will mail you a replacement, and if we have an email address, you will receive a notification when your item is received and shipped.  The shipping notification will also include a number to track your shipment via USPS.  

Returns/Refund
