We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for items that are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. To initiate a return, please log into your Dirt Monkey Shop account and visit the Returns and Refunds section. After receiving your return or refund request, our team will contact you for next steps. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
WARRANTY
TRU-FIT Aluminum has a 1 year limited warranty. Any defects under normal use we will repair/replace.
It does not cover abnormal wear and tear caused by misuse of the product.
Warranty is void if you modify the belt in any way.
